A 9-Week Journey Where Psychotherapy Meets Sacred Medicine
Step away from the noise. Come home to yourself.
Guided by the sacred medicine of the Amazon and the grounded clarity of IFS Therapy, this journey supports you in moving from overthinking and striving into inner steadiness, purpose, and a deeper trust in life.
Healing isn’t a single moment.
It’s a path you walk — and at Ayafes, you don’t walk it alone.
Through IFS Therapy, sacred medicine, and holistic healing practices, you’ll reconnect with your inner truth, learn to trust your wisdom, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
Your journey begins long before you arrive in the jungle and it continues long after you return home.
Ayafes holds the entire arc of transformation.
This is a 9-week journey — preparation, retreat, and integration — designed so what you experience becomes something you can live, not just remember.
At the center is the bridge between IFS Therapy and Ayahuasca:
Ayahuasca reveals what’s ready to be seen.
IFS shows you how to meet it — and how to walk forward with clarity and Self-leadership.
Led by Blanca Dasí, Certified Level 3 IFS Practitioner, and a team of trauma-informed facilitators, this is a space where insight becomes embodied, and healing becomes sustainable.
Gentle guidance to meet the parts of you holding fear, resistance, or longing. Practices to build trust, clarity, and safety as you prepare to receive the medicine.
Two Ayahuasca Ceremonies, Cacao, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Hapé, and daily IFS integration in a sacred space held by experienced facilitators.
Support as you return home, weaving the insights into daily life with clarity, ease, and love. Continued guidance through community, group calls, and practices.

A 9-Week Journey of Inner Clarity, Courage & Self-trust
Transformation doesn’t happen in a single ceremony. It unfolds through how you prepare, how you receive, and how you integrate what arises. This journey weaves together IFS Therapy, sacred medicine, and practices that support your nervous system — helping you meet yourself honestly and live from the wisdom already within you.
This is a space to meet yourself fully and honestly. A space to remember who you are beneath the noise.
Every transformation begins with safety.
Before traveling to Mexico, the journey begins at home.
Over four weeks, you’ll start meeting the Parts of you that protect, resist, or push — building inner trust and steadiness before ceremony.
This phase is gentle and intentional.
You move at your own pace, guided but never rushed.
You’ll receive:
By the time you arrive, you’ll already feel connected — to yourself, the group, and the intention calling you forward.
Where psychotherapy meets spirituality — and the sacred becomes human.
Held in the quiet jungle of Mexico, this week is a sacred pause.
Not an escape from your life, but a return to the parts of you you’ve been avoiding, judging, or rushing past.
In ceremony, Ayahuasca reveals what’s ready to be seen.
IFS supports you in understanding it with clarity and compassion.
Sound, breath, movement, and rest help your body integrate what arises.
Every element is approached with integrity and respect — for the medicine, your timing, and your autonomy.
During the retreat, you’ll experience:
Transformation deepens when you return home.
Integration is the practice of living what you’ve learned — bringing presence, honesty, and Self-leadership into everyday life.
Over four weeks, you’ll ground your experience while taking responsibility for your pace and choices — supported, but never dependent.
You’ll receive:
This is where transformation becomes devotion — expressed through daily life.
You’ll move through life with a quieter mind and steadier heart.
You’ll know how to meet your emotions without being ruled by them.
You’ll trust yourself — your pace, your choices, your life.
You’ll walk away with:
This isn’t a peak experience.
It’s a new way of walking through life.

It’s a new way of walking through life.
It follows a natural arc:
Ayafes was born from this understanding.
Real change lasts when it’s held with structure, integrity, and devotion.
“You don’t come here to escape your life.
You come here to learn how to live it.”
The path is here, if you’re ready to walk it.
This journey is for people who feel called to go inward with sincerity, curiosity, and self-responsibility.
It’s especially supportive if you’re highly sensitive, reflective, or already on a healing or spiritual path — and want guidance that is both compassionate and grounded.
This retreat may not be a fit if you are:
We prioritize safety, pacing, and responsibility — for you and for the group.
No.
You don’t need any prior experience with sacred medicine or Internal Family Systems.
The journey is designed to meet you where you are, with guidance and structure throughout.
Yes — this journey can still be deeply supportive.
Many participants arrive with years of experience, including advanced IFS therapists, and people who have sat in many ceremonies or completed Dietas. What makes Ayafes different is not how much experience you have, but how the work is held.
This journey supports experienced systems to:
Even when the terrain is familiar, the pacing, integration, and therapeutic holding often reveal new layers — not by doing more, but by relating differently.
It’s a guided therapeutic and ceremonial journey.
We weave IFS Therapy, sacred medicine, and integration practices into one coherent process — without separating psychology from spirituality.
Sensitivity is not a problem here — it’s welcomed and respected.
The work unfolds slowly, with pacing, choice, and consent at every step. You are supported, never pushed, and always encouraged to listen to your own system. More medicine is not better — relationship, trust, and timing matter most.
Safety is foundational to everything we do.
This journey includes careful screening, clear preparation, trauma-informed facilitation, and ongoing support before, during, and after the retreat. You are held by an experienced team that respects your timing, boundaries, and nervous system.
The retreat is well-structured, with clear rhythms and guidance — and also spacious.
There is ample time for rest, reflection, and being with yourself, alongside ceremonies and group practices.
You are not dropped.
Integration continues for four weeks after the retreat through guided calls, practices, and community support — helping you bring what you’ve experienced into daily life. You also leave with tools and practices you can continue using on your own, and a relationship with a community that remains available beyond the formal container.
Listen to your body, not just your mind.
If something in you feels quietly drawn — even alongside fear or uncertainty — that’s often part of the threshold. And if this isn’t the right time, honoring that is also self-leadership.
If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to book a call with Blanca or join one of our free community gatherings to feel into whether this path is right for you.
This is not just a week in the jungle — it’s a return to your Self.
If you’re feeling the call, take the next step
We’ll walk beside you, every step of the way.
